Welcome to Tipsy Tampa! I am Chelsea Lopez, the head bartender and owner. I have been bartending in restaurants and bars for 12 years, and wanted to take my passion and bring it to Tampa Bay and my South Florida community. I have been very fortunate to be a part of so many amazing weddings and events in the Tampa Bay area since Tipsy Tampa started over three years ago. We have recently expanded to Miami, Ft.
